Angie Langeliers is a seasoned performer and
educator. She is a Billings native and refined her singing
skills under the direction John Haughey and Rosalie Foster
through high school. She attended Montana State University,
where she studied music education with an emphasis in choral and
vocal performance. During these years, she toured, sang and
studied music in Italy and she refined her vocal technique
through singing with the MSU Chorale and Montanans. She also
sang in choruses and had parts in The Elixir of Love, Tosca,
Rigoletto, and The Magic Flute. Other honors included NATS
awards, Madrigal scholarships and Evensong Choral scholar. The
last ten years Angie has devoted herself to music education,
teaching all ages and all ranges of music classes. She received
a masters degree in 2005 for integrated teaching through the
arts, from Lesly University. Currently she works for Karen
Haughey’s Musikgarten studio. She has also enjoyed several
opportunities to work with Rimrock Opera both singing in
festivals and working with their kids program. When she isn’t
singing she enjoys spending time with her husband Shawn, and her
three beautiful daughters, Sienna, Savannah and Ainsley.
